CallerID Android app

Marketing lead hunting on mobile has raised to new levels in 2019. Every day you get call from someone that wants to sell you something. Here is why you want a caller ID and spam blocking iPhone app!

What call ID apps are working right now? After looking them we will introduce you to one of the newest Android app, MiCaller. Caller ID by CallApp is another popular and best caller id app for android. This app helps to identify the caller identity and call blocking services. In addition, this app provides the details of any number. It contains billions of phone numbers from all over the world on its database. It can easily find out who is calling to the users and from which place. Moreover, block calls and blacklist numbers like scams, telemarketers and spam calls in are just a tap.

Customization and ease of use: A smart caller ID app allows users to change settings and make decisions that create a personalized and more individually effective program. With the MiCaller app, you can customize how your caller identity shows up when calling other app users. It helps them recognize that it’s you and gets more of your calls answered. A lot of that is due to a simple integration with Facebook or LinkedIn. When you connect MiCaller to one of your social profiles, you automatically get your name and photo updated on your caller identity. Discover more info on Show caller identity app.

If you and your contact both use Google Duo for video calls, you can start a video call directly from MiCaller. It’ll take you to the Google Duo app, of course. But hey, it works on both Android and iOS, so you can use it across platforms. One of the coolest unheralded features of MiCaller is its camera lookup. When you come across any number, whether on a piece of paper or a giant sign somewhere, go to MiCaller > Menu > Scan a Number. It’ll activate the camera in a tiny window in the menu. Point the camera at the number, and in a jiffy, MiCaller will show you the contact details.

MiCaller owes it’s high rate of success in identification of unknown numbers to its huge database which contains information of millions of phone contacts. Also, thanks to its user friendly interface, protection from nuisance calls is easier than ever before. MiCaller differs from other applications due to its features including but not limited to, being free and ad-free. See extra details at www.micallerid.com.

A modern and very effective way to organize your software specifications

A new and extremely simple way to organize your software requirements, a new online software solution for organizing software specifications. This days software programming has become an extremly complicated thing to organize. Let’s start with the basics: The markdown feature in Docstell is very convenient to use. When a text block is added to a node you can start typing your markdown right away. When leaving the edit area the text is automatically formatted. The idea with markdown is that it will save you a lot of time when formatting your texts. Markdown allows you to write using an easy-to-read, easy-to-write plain text format, which is then converted to valid HTML. Instead of getting frustrated about how a lot of common word processors format your text in every way but the one you want, markdown is very predictable and easy to learn.

Docstell is also implementing functions to upload documents to a node. You can upload any kind of file and share with you team or keep it in a private node. Just drag it from you computer and drop it on the node you want to attach it to. They added a preview area that makes it possible to preview files adjacent to your other information. You can view for example pdf, docx, xlsx, csv, txt, png, jpeg and mpeg4 files. If you for example receive a specification in a pdf file format you keep this file here together with the rest of the documentation and will easily be able to preview it and let all your team have access to it.

Spread sheet: Builtin spreadsheet to quickly add specification data. Copy and paste from Excel. Upload files: Upload files to any node. Previewer for pdf, txt, word, excel etc. Tags: Use tags to group your requirements for fast and easy access. Export: Export documentation to HTML with containing SVG-format diagrams. Print to pdf file. Fast access: Add bookmarks to your content for super fast access. Discover more info at Document your software processes.

Slack integration was recently implemented to Docstell. This lets you get alerted in your designed Slack channel when a person in your team is adding comments to your docs. From the message in Slack you get a link back to the node with the comment in Docstell, this makes it convenient to answer the question in the right context and to build up the knowledge base where it should be. If you don’t use Slack or want to be notified by email we added functionality to mention a user in the comment. Use the @ sign to get a list of users that belongs to the workspace. If this user is not online an email is sent that tells the user that there is a message waiting to be answered. You can configure if emails should be sent in the new user settings dialog.

There is of course a fine balance of what kind of information you should put in a document or not write down at all. It costs money to keep the information up to date where ever it might be placed. But that is not a reason for not putting all your information in one place. Having it in one place will make it a lot easier to keep it updated and keep it concise and coherent. To always have the exactly right information at your fingertips whenever you need it might be a utopian, but I am sure that there are a lot of things that can be made to improve this area immensely.

A new and extremely simple way to document your software requirements, processes and specifications. Built as a zoomable infinite document for really great flexibility, powerful enough to let you define all your complex needs. No more excuses not having your documentation up to date! Nextfiles provides Nextcloud services with onlyOffice

Do you want a good quality Nextcloud service with CardDav? NextFiles is a high quality , hight privacy german based cloud provider, a fast and secure Nextcloud service in a German data center with ISO 27001 certification.

Stream media files: Nextcloud works very well as an online media streaming server. It comes with a built-in music player, and the web interface and iOS apps happily played every video we file we threw at them. All videos previewed fine in Android, but in our tests the Android app was a little fussier with what media files it would play in full-screen mode. Curiously, we also encountered occasional problems in Android even when streaming content using an external player such as VLC.

Looking for a Dropbox alternative? Cloud storage isn’t a hard service to come by in recent times. However, some of these platforms come with unseen limitations. For instance, your data is never truly “private” when storing it with a larger platform. Given that companies like Google are rumored to have the authority to access its user’s data, this can raise red flags for many. Albeit when it comes to privacy, it’s not a subject that should be overlooked. The purpose of self-hosted cloud storage is not to prove its superiority, but rather provide a competitive alternative to Dropbox and Google Drive. And within this open source cloud storage solution, a way for users to have more control over their hosted data.

An additional problem is that only the contents of files are encrypted, not their name or folder structure. If you don’t store data on remote storage services, then it is much better to deploy per-file encryption manually before uploading to Nextcloud and/or use full disk encryption on the server drives (for example using dm-crypt or EncFS). Full disk encryption is fairly easy to implement with self-hosted cloud or self-managed cloud instances. If you have a fully-hosted account then this is out of your control, although it is something your provider may do anyway (so ask).

Nextcloud gives you access to all your files wherever you are and whatever device you use. The easy web interface allows you to share files with other users on your server, to create and send password protected public links, to let others upload files to your cloud and to get notifications on your phone and desktop when a user on another cloud server shares files directly with you. And you can do all these things from the desktop or mobile clients, too. The Nextcloud Calendar and Contacts apps allow you to store, sync and share your plans and contacts. You can share with users or groups on your server or sync the calendar or contacts with your devices and access them wherever you are. The Calendar and Contacts app feature: Easy to use interface, Private and shared calendars and addressbooks with permissions management, CalDAV and CardDAV sync with third party clients both on mobile and desktop (i.e with Thunderbird). Disqus comment like system for WordPress and other CMS

JointComments is a Disqus alternative, a free comment system for WordPress and non CMS websites. Adding a comment software to your website has many benefits, and we will discuss about them in this article.

A comments section is an excellent place for building these kinds of relationships with influencers. If you get to the end of an article, you may be thinking, “Hey, this person forgot to mention this point, but I have some thoughts on that.” Adding in a helpful comment or linking back to another article can spread the conversation. It can connect you with others (or with the blogger) in a bigger way. It’s not that linking back to another blog or website is bad. Sometimes people do it because they’ve written something related to the topic and they think it addresses something missed in the post. But when it’s done just to drive traffic, it’s spam. Moderating these comments is much more difficult. It takes a lot of time to filter the manual spam ones out from all the other normal comments.

On the other hand, many publishers still argue the case for keeping blog comments. With no clear consensus from the content marketing community, how are you supposed to decide what to do with the comments on your own blog? Particularly when you are inundated by tons of spammy or low-quality comments? How to Decide Whether or Not to Disable Comments: We believe in doing what is best for our users, even if that means some extra time, effort or expense. At the same time, we also believe in making smart, data-driven decisions–and helping you to make those decisions–so that you can spend your resources wisely.

It leads to higher conversations. When you see a random person giving his or her opinion, you care less about it. But if that person is someone you know, you are much more likely to get over the inertia and type out what you think. This is the same reason why JointComments comments leads to more dialogues in websites. Also another important thing you should note is that the Quality of conversations drastically increases with JointComments comments. More over, you will get rid of people commenting on your blog just for the sake of links, instead you will be getting genuine users commenting because of your write-up. Being a blogger I know, how important it is to get a genuine comment, than just another comment.
