France cannot say at this stage if there will be Brexit deal – Macron’s office: France cannot say at this stage if there will be a Brexit deal or not, said an official from President Emmanuel Macron’s office, who added that France was yet to receive precise proposals regarding Brexit from the United Kingdom. Trump says he does not want war after attack on Saudi oil facilities : U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday it looked like Iran was behind attacks on oil plants in Saudi Arabia but stressed he did not want to go to war, as the attacks sent oil prices soaring and raised fears of a new Middle East conflict. Another good online newspaper that i like : Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram: Sometimes, a newspaper has to tear down something in order to rebuild. For the Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram, it was the removal of an old, three-story press. Commercial printing revenue was the fastest growing piece of business, and the company realized it was time to invest in a new press machine. “While our flexo-press served us well for close to 30 years, it was expensive to operate since the plates cost significantly more than plates for a traditional offset press,” said publisher and CEO Lisa DeSisto. “Since the new press is less expensive to operate, we were finally able to compete for commercial printing revenue and now print several titles we do not own. Making the decision to invest in a new press kept 60 jobs in Maine.” The new press—a DGM 850—was installed in December 2016. DeSisto credited the resilience and flexibility of the press operators during the entire transition.

The Washington Post: The newspaper that brought down President Richard Nixon with its reporting on the Watergate scandal in the early 1970s maintains its intellectually robust tradition under the new ownership of Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos. The Post has, for decades, been part of the big three national papers – a peer of the NYT and WSJ – in terms of winning Pulitzer Prizes, hiring the best and brightest reporters and producing big scoops. Of the big three, the Post is arguably the most forward-thinking right now in trying new digital strategies that have boosted readership. And with Bezos’ backing, the Post is on a hiring binge for talented reporters while the NYT and WSJ have been pruning their reporting staffs in recent months. Most people think the Post editorial page leans left but is often regarded as more center left than the NYT. BBC: The BBC is the global standard bearer for excellence in broadcast radio and TV journalism. If only U.S. cable news outlets could follow BBC’s recipe. And while PBS produces some great entertainment, documentary and news programs, its news programs have often seemed to lack the creative energy of the BBC. While NPR produces some fantastic journalism, a bulk of its news coverage seem to come from re-reporting news from the New York Times and the Associated Press. And the American public perceives NPR to be more left-leaning than the BBC. See more news on WeeklyReviewer news.

Latest health headlines : Factbox: Britain’s insulin providers prepare for Brexit fallout: With Britain sourcing the vast majority of the insulin needed by its 1 million diabetics from overseas, its biggest providers have had to restructure their supply chains in case a chaotic Brexit disrupts the normal arteries of trade. Perils of gender and geography hamper global development, report finds: Despite steady development gains, a child’s birthplace is still the biggest predictor of its future health, and no matter which country you’re born in, life is harder if you’re a girl, a major report said on Tuesday.

Peninsula Paris: In a city of opulent hotels, this relative newbie set a new standard on opening in April 2015. On posh Avenue Kleber in the 16th Arrondissement, the hotel made its home in a meticulously restored 19th-century Haussmann building just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, with six restaurants and bars, a knockout rooftop with Eiffel Tower views, and best-in-class spa and subterranean swimming pool. The 200 guest rooms and 86 suites were designed with Parisian haute-couture in mind, so it’s custom furnishings, wood paneling and gold leaf accents galore paired the latest in-room digital technology. The 40-room, luxury Lodge at Sea Island is on the site of a former cotton plantation, accessed via an avenue of historic antebellum oaks dripping with Spanish moss. Outside, the lodge resembles an English manor; inside, it feels like a 1920s-style golf clubhouse or hunting lodge, with personal butlers who deliver milk and cookies to guest rooms at bedtime. Golfers will be in heaven, but there are plenty of non-golf-centric activities, too. Rooms are huge and packed with amenities — some havebalconies with beautiful views of the St. Simons Sound. Listen for the nightly bagpiper who performs at sunset. Guests should note that some features — such as the beach, spa, and swimming pool — are located at the sister property, The Cloister, which is too far to walk to; however, there’s a free regular shuttle there and back.

Singita Lebombo Lodge is a celebration of cutting-edge design in an African context where everything defers to nature. This dramatic lodge comprises 13 suites and one villa that give guests a front row seat to the Kruger National Park with bold, contemporary open plan suites suspended above the N’Wanetsi River. Other highlights of the lodge include a roof terrace and wine studio (a multi-level retreat which boasts a library, multi-media room, wine studio and rooftop viewing area), an interactive kitchen, and a lovely lap pool. All communal areas of the lodge have been pushed out to ensure that the outside bursts in, offering elegant, calm and meditative spaces immersed in a dramatic landscape of giant euphorbia trees.

How to extend the life of the waist trainer

Let’s talk about what waist trainer should I start with. Waist training: Well of COURSE we’re including waist training in our list! There is a lot of confusion around this term due to all the recent press from Kim Kardashian and a few others that are using “waist training” to define what they are doing at the gym with a latex cincher. However, true waist training requires the use of a steel boned corset to get the semi-permanent results that most true waist trainers are trying to achieve. You’ll find lots more information about waist trainers and waist training on our Waist Training 101 page.

Don’t make your waist trainer too tight. Remember, training takes time. It doesn’t happen overnight. You want your trainer to be just slightly tighter than a normal piece of clothing so that your body gets used to that size. You’ll go down another notch quickly, trust me. Wear something under the trainer. I usually use a thin, undershirt. That’s just to prevent any reactions from sensitivity while helping you to stay comfortable. Actually, you may sweat while you are waist training, so make sure you don’t irritate your skin as you train.

Although it’s hard to believe until you try it for yourself, just wearing a waist trainer will see you drop dress sizes. Instantly. And even better, wearing a waist trainer will help you in the long term too, complementing your fitness regime and helping you to slim down. If you’re still not sure whether waist trainers really work, just take a look at some of the before an after photos sent in by some of our customers. Waist training really does work!

How To Use a Waist Trainer
1. Your body must become accustomed to the constriction of the waist trainer. We recommend that the first few days of wearing the trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2-4 hours per day (depending on how much you feel is comfortable).
2. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer through out the entire day.
3. Once the trainer is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps making the trainer tighter.
4. As you lose weight it will become more comfortable and will not feel as tight.
5. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued weight loss regime. See more info at How To Use a Waist Trainer.

What people say about WaistTrain : “Day 6 of wearing my waist trainer from @waisttrain.uk and I’ve already been able to move the hooks in a size smaller!Love that it improves my posture & supports my lower back – especially with sitting at a desk all day!”

Diet is always the most essential part in any weight loss plan. By safely compressing your stomach, waist trainers can effectively curb appetites as the body adjusts to eating smaller portions during meals. Wearing a waist trainer during exercise increases perspiration (which has a cleansing effect, removing toxins and impurities) and helps the body’s thermogenesis process. Improve your posture with waist training as it aids in keeping the body upright. Waist trainers assist those who stand or sit for extended periods of time, keeping you from slouching , helping to relive tension and pain in the back. Waist trainers can be worn underneath your everyday clothes as shapewear to enhance your body. Even exposed they make for a fashionable addition to your outfit especially in conjunction with your usual activewear.

Bitcoin (BTC) is King/Queen; Don’t Get Overly Optimistic About Altcoins. Those who invest in BTC tend to get itchy fingers when BTC stagnates and alts go up. Sure, going into IOTA or ZCash can be a brilliant move at times… at other times you’ll be holding the bag while everyone moves back into BTC. Stick with coins you know and like, but consider always being partly in BTC (not 24/7, but in general). Most beginners make one common mistake: buying a coin because it’s price seems to be low or what they consider affordable. Take, for example, someone who goes for Ripple instead of Ethereum simply because the latter is much cheaper. The decision to invest in a coin should have very little to do with its affordability but a lot to do with its market cap. Just like the conventional stocks are gauged by their market caps, which is evaluated using the formula Current Market Price X Total Number of Outstanding Shares, the same applies to cryptocurrencies.

Rule number one of investing; don’t invest more than you can afford to lose. You should go into this ready to lose whatever you put in. Ultimately, as the price swings up and down, you should remain calm and still be living a healthy life with room for regular spending. I’ve heard countless horror stories of people investing greedily with their entire life savings or borrowing large sums of money. This is a HUGE mistake.

Signing up for a Coinbase account is easy, though you will need to provide some form of identification. That may involve sending a copy of your photo ID and potentially also sending a live image of your face using a webcam. These rules are important to follow as they allow the site(s) to comply with ‘know-your-customer’ regulations. Although Coinbase alone will allow you to buy and sell Bitcoin, it’s also worth signing up to its linked exchange platform, Coinbase Pro, which will give you greater control over your purchases.
